Hello everyone. I’m still in Japan on my bead buying/holiday trip. We have visited some beautiful temples and seen some amazing sights.

This is about my 8th or 9th trip to Japan, but I’m seeing many new sights.

The Happy Thoughts podcast will be back next week. I’ve missed sharing and exchanging good energy and affirmations with you.

The temperature here is hot (36 degrees) and humid and a bit uncomfortable at times. I have just decided to relax and accept the situation. The heat and sweating, etc. So today, let’s affirm:

I accept what is, and go with the flow. I am at peace.
