Let’s do a few affirmations to help us ease that heavy feeling that can sometimes come over us at Christmas time, when it seems like the world viewpoint often expects us to be happy.
Christmas is supposed to be a happy joyous time but it’s not always that way is it. Sometimes we feel a little down.
It would be nice if you could take a few deep breaths & get yourself relaxed before beginning the affirmations.
Say these affirmations any time you feel the need to calm yourself down and balance your energies.
●Christmas is supposed to be a joyful time of year so even though I feel so sad, I love and accept myself completely as I am.
●Maybe I don’t seem to have any energy for shopping and doing Christmas errands and tasks but I still love accept myself completely as I am anyway.
●But what if I forget about what Christmas is supposed to be and just enjoyed it in my own way
