Greetings and Blessings,

Today we have a colour card reading and the colour for today is yellow.
                   Purify your body.

The card says yellow assists with purification.  It is also the colour of the intellect and it is used for mental stimulation.

Yellow is believed to assist us to think quicker and clearer.

There is a little meditation given for purification.

It advises  us to go outside and spend a few more minutes looking at, and feeling the rays of the sun on our skin. Then imagine that bright yellow sunlight now moving through our whole digestive system and body, cleansing our bodies of all toxicity and waste materials.

Then we are advised to put some water into a yellow glass, and put it in the sunlight for half an hour then drink the water by focusing on purifying our mind,  body and heart.  Think and concentrate saying to ourselves, or aloud,   ‘I now allow my mind and body to be cleansed on the inside and outside.’

If we are living somewhere where there isn’t a whole lot of sun – like here in England right now,  I suggest we visualise the colour yellow, or light a  yellow candle, or hold a yellow crystal like yellow calcite, and do the meditation so that we can feel the energy & warm glow of the yellow ray.
