Today I was reading a bit from the late Dr Wayne Dyer’s book Everyday Wisdom for Success, and I was struck by the reality of the statement, what we think about expands.
This is all good when we are thinking great positive thoughts, but what about when our thoughts slip over to the dark side, and get a bit defeatist? Can we do anything to turn things around, or do we just have to ride that roller coaster down as far as it will take us.
I firmly believe that we can do something about that! We are not powerless, no matter how much we may feel that is the case. With practice you and I can train ourselves to turn away and keep on target to our dreams and goals.
