Hello! Today I found some wonderful inspiration from Rhonda Byrne’s book The Power, that gave me plenty of food for thought. She talked about gratitude and its importance in our lives. Being grateful brings more good things to be grateful for. I loved how she’s wrote that “every spare second is an opportunity to be grateful and multiply the things you love.”
Gratitude crosses all time zones. We can be grateful for everything we’ve received, we are receiving and the good things that we want in our future. We can be grateful for future good as if we have it now.
Gratitude is love!
It’s lovely to even write down one thing every day that we are grateful for. One good thing that happened that day. Even if it’s a horrible day, if we look hard enough we can find the good that came out of that challenge. Sometimes we have to look very hard, but it’s there!
The Nobel Prize-winning physicist, Albert Einstein habitually found 100 things a day!
“A hundred times every day I remind myself that my inner and outer life depend on the labors of other men (& women!-my addition),living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the same measure as I have received and am still receiving.”
Here’s a recording of today’s podcast, talking about the book a bit more, and how gratitude can be a very helpful tool in our self growth, and we have a positive affirmation.
