These days we really have to be very careful with our health. It seems to me that it has to be a top priority not just something that we think about now and then. And also not something that we think about with fear, but something that we honour and respect and take care of with love.
Watching the way that we eat, getting out for walking or even walking in our homes with a video, doing some kind of a weight bearing exercise to keep our muscles strong, doing some meditation or breathing exercises to keep our energy on point – all those kinds of thing are important.
And the good thing is we can do as we like. We don’t all have to do the same form of exercise or practices. Is it individual choice. The more easy and fun we can make it the better it is and the more we are likely to be consistent with our practices.
Just keep moving and keep positive in mind body and spirit and we can love & enjoy our lives more.
