Sometimes we might think ‘I don’t have a lot to be grateful for’, or we might think ‘I don’t have anything special to be grateful for I’m just alive. I go to my work, I come home. Same thing every day.’
But if we really think about it it there are tons of things for which we can be grateful. Whether we have a little money or a lot of money; whether we live in a little hut or a giant mansion .. we all have something good going on in our lives.
We have our health, we have a roof of some kind over our heads, we have food to some quality which nourishes us, we have water which keeps us hydrated.
And the one thing which we cannot put a price on is helpful people, friends and/or family in our lives.
Let’s take time to be grateful now, for the helpful people in our lives.
I was guided to come up with a few affirmations to help us focus on and be appreciative of the helpful people in our lives. These people are a blessing.
Try saying this affirmations once a day day, every day day for the next week or so. Or you can just say the ones that you feel called to work with, whenever you feel the need.
Give them a try! Feel free to change the wording if another variation is more comfortable for you. You’ve nothing to lose, and maybe a lot to gain❣
